After more than 50 years of legal expertise, Alan has now retired. His victories and wealth of experience have been a tremendous service to everyone around him. Alan S. Berkowitz graduated from Brooklyn College and New York University School of Law. He has more than fifty years of litigation experience as well as lengthy experience in real estate and commercial matters.

Mr. Berkowitz is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern New York Districts, and the United States Supreme Court.
